This policy covers the GliderMon waitlist and this website. The GliderMon app will have its own, fuller policy before launch.
Who we are
GliderMon is made by Nestlight LLC ("we", "us"), 418 Broadway Ste R, Albany, NY 12207, USA. You can reach us at info@nestlightstudio.net.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store:
- your email address;
- if you choose them: which phone you'll play on, whether you'd like to beta test, and the glider design you made on the GliderMon site (used only to show your glider in our emails).
We don't ask about your health, and you don't need to tell us whether you have diabetes to join.
How we use it
To email you about GliderMon: the launch, beta invitations if you asked for them, and occasional development updates. We send a confirmation email first and only add you once you confirm. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
We never sell your information and never share it with advertisers.
Who processes it
Your signup is stored by our email provider, Kit (kit.com), which sends our emails on our behalf. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Both process data only to provide those services.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. It remembers two things in your own browser (your glider design and whether character voices are muted); they never leave your device unless you choose to send your design with your signup.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time, or email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. If you're in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Age
The waitlist is for people 13 and older (16 in the UK and EU).
